Everything standard: the administration allowance and standard NYC delivery & pickup are embedded in every package — no separate admin fee, no separate delivery charge. Setup, calibration, and strike are included, plus a dedicated activation technician (two — one per simulator — for dual and branded), and a transport technician handles delivery and pickup.

Six event hours is guest operating time. Transportation, setup, calibration, and strike are planned inside the included service — they are not guest hours and are never billed as add-on hours.

Additional event time is $300 per simulator per hour — $600/hr when both simulators are running — including technician coverage. Unusual crew-overtime costs are identified before any extension is confirmed.

Two premium racing simulators featuring ASR 4 Gen 2 cockpits, Simucube 2 Pro wheelbases, Delta-EVO dual-clutch steering wheels, Heusinkveld Sprint pedals, D-BOX Gen 5 haptic motion, and individual 49-inch Samsung Odyssey G9 curved displays. Two is the full fleet, deliberately: one rig anchors an event, two let guests race side by side.

Two simulators let guests race side by side. Head-to-head formats are confirmed with you at scoping, where supported by verified software and equipment — nothing beyond that is promised.

The Branded Dual Simulator Activation is priced per event with a written scope & cost estimate agreed before booking. Fabrication, additional displays, custom software development, and special licensing are quoted separately within that scope.

Yes — the NY / NJ / CT tri-state market is our service area. NYC delivery & pickup is embedded in every package; outside-NYC events receive a custom logistics quote that accounts for the embedded allowance, never double-charging.

All package prices are before applicable sales tax, which is stated at the time of the quote — never assumed.

Request a quote, we verify availability and scope (venue access, power, loading windows), and you receive a written quote with clear price and inclusions. A 50% deposit holds your date; the balance is due 14 days before the event, and bookings made within 14 days are paid in full at acceptance. A booking is confirmed only after the agreement is signed, payment is verified, and equipment and staffing availability are confirmed.

Our fleet is two simulators by design — two per event is the lineup, which keeps every booking to a production standard we stand fully behind.

Planning allowance: about 6 ft wide × 8 ft deep per simulator (12 ft × 8 ft for two side by side), before spectator and queue space. Each simulator runs on grounded 120V power with its own dedicated circuit — the installer confirms the exact amperage and outlet count — and needs a stable broadband connection, preferably one wired Ethernet connection per simulator (minimum bandwidth depends on the selected software). These are preliminary planning figures: we verify venue access, power, and loading windows with you at scoping before any booking is confirmed, and final requirements are confirmed before installation.

A transport technician handles delivery, setup, and pickup. Our technicians handle setup, calibration, guest sessions, and strike — you never touch a settings menu.

Assetto Corsa racing simulation software, by Kunos Simulazioni, is the title on our simulators. The developer lists general capabilities like realistic physics, practice and race modes, multiplayer, adjustable assists, and D-BOX motion support — those are capabilities of the software itself, not claims about how our installation is configured; the installed edition, car & track lineup, and supported formats are confirmed with you at scoping.
